Leading The Yoma Way is the leadership development program for the selected future leaders to be groomed for the leadership roles in the near future. It will take about 6 months to complete. It has 3 parts namely leading self, leading team and leading complexity. It has a combination of training interventions such as classroom learning, social learning and project learning, etc. Most of the facilitators are the seniors business leaders of Yoma Group.
